Biography
Mike Coniglione assists the DMSE human resources team in a variety of areas, including hiring, onboarding, and the intake of information required for visa paperwork. Before starting at DMSE in 2023, he was a director and coach at Mill City Volleyball in Lowell, Massachusetts. Previously, he was the assistant director of member services for MIT Recreation and an assistant coach for the MIT Women’s Volleyball team. Mike enjoys attending concerts, playing golf, and relaxing at home with his cat, Ollie. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts.
