Jason Sparapani

Biography

Jason Sparapani oversees all aspects of DMSE communications—web, print, social media, marketing, and on-campus displays. Before starting in the department in April 2022, he worked at MIT Technology Review, where he developed and researched reports, articles, infographics, and other content in the magazine’s custom editorial division. Previously, he was an editor and writer at media company TechTarget; a page designer and copy editor at The Telegraph in Nashua, New Hampshire; and a copy editor at The Korea Herald in Seoul, South Korea. He enjoys running, treasure hunting at consignment shops, and going on hikes with his wife and son. Sparapani has a master’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s in English from the University of Connecticut
