With so many MIT employees working remotely, IS&T’s service and support has been and will continue to be integral to everyone’s successful transition to a virtual lifestyle, but has required significant adaptation during these tumultuous and uncertain times. Regarding DMSE IT services, please note the following:
- All DMSE IT related issues and inquiries should continue being sent to firstname.lastname@example.org Please do not email anyone directly for IT related issues; doing so may result in a delayed response.
- IT support is now available from 9am – 5pm, Mon – Fri until further notice.
- While Norlan Sierra will remain our main IT support contact, tickets may be answered by other IS&T team members; we ask that you please work with whomever answers your IT Ticket.
- Please note that all IS&T employees are now working remotely and are not available to physically visit. In order to best assist you, they may request remote access to your machine: please grant this request whenever it is made, as it is perfectly safe and secure.
IS&T are doing their best to adapt to our constantly-changing circumstances, and we are all doing what we can to get everyone situated as quickly as possible. Please remain patient while we respond to everyone’s unique needs. Thank you!
