Research
With a broad background in systems engineering, materials science, physics, biochemicals, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical design, and machine learning Neltner most enjoys helping experts in scientific disciplines develop their ideas on the engineering side and to help new startups get their first prototypes proved out quickly and efficiently. Neltner also enjoys problems focused on materials science and nanotechnology as they apply to chemicals, energy, and sustainability with an eye toward practical solutions to hard problems. Through his consulting firm Neltner Labs develops scientific and commercial prototypes for academic labs and small businesses.
