Exchange and Abroad Programs

Oxford University

For more than two decades, DMSE has had an exchange program with Oxford University. DMSE students participating during Fall or Spring academic semesters at Oxford receive P/F MIT academic credit for typically four DMSE core or restricted-elective credits; in some cases they will or can engage in research projects as well, which can be used to satisfy the DMSE internship requirement or provide a head-start on a senior-thesis research project. There is also a Summer Research Exchange opportunity. Please scroll to the bottom of this page for application materials and contact Prof. Hobbs for more information.
